What are your flashcards made out of ?

All of our flashcards are made out of 350gsm silk cardstock with rounded corners, which are perfectly safe for little fingers. They are also matt laminated for durability.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

Depending on the delivery service you have chosen, your order should be with you between 2-5 business days for Royal Mail Second Class. Royal Mail 48hr Tracked will take 2 working days to reach you.

Europe Tracked & Signed should take up to 3 - 5 working days and International (Australia, Canada, New Zealand & USA) Tracked & Signed may take up to 5 - 7 working days to be delivered.

Will my parcel be sent via tracked delivery ?

Mama & Cubs Co. are offering a fully tracked delivery service which will take 2 working days to reach you. All International orders will be shipped via Tracked & Signed delivery.

When will my pre-order arrive?

All pre-orders and personalised orders have a 2-3 week turnaround time from the date of your order.

I have not received my order

For UK orders, please allow 2-5 working days from the day after your order was dispatched. For international orders, please leave up to 10 working days from the day your order was marked as shipped.
